The regular meetings of the ESD are normally held the 1st Monday of each month at 6:30 PM at Kellus Turner Park Community Center, 2061 N Sycamore Dr., Odessa, TX, 79763. Final scheduling always depends upon the official agenda, which is posted a minimum of 72 hours in advance of any board meeting.
