Public Information Request

To obtain a copy of an incident report, or other District record, please contact the District’s Public Information Officer via email at records@ectoresd.com.  In your email, please state your name and describe the record and/or information you are requesting.

You may also submit requests in writing by mailing them to the District at P.O. Box 125, Gardendale, TX 79758, or delivering a written request by hand to the District’s Public Information Officer at a District meeting.
